Hacking 101 with Erik Henrikson
Join us on November 28th for an introduction to web application security and vulnerability testing. We will introduce an “intentionally vulnerable web application” that can be used to learn and practice various web application attacks. We will then discuss XSS (Cross Site Scripting) to gain a functional understanding of what this term refers to, how and why it exists, and what web application developers can/should do to mitigate this risk. Finally, we will walk everyone through executing an XSS attack against our test application. We look forward to seeing you there!
